Ironman Triathlon Training Program
This training program is a complete year long Strenght and Conditioning Program designed for an Ironman distance triathlon race. The program includes a needs analysis of the basic movements of a triathlon, exercise tests specific to triathlon athletes, as well as how to interpret the results of the tests. The program is a detailed, 1 year long program complete with injury prevention, strenght and conditioning training, and event cross over training. The program also includes an exercise library complete with pictures, the muscles utilized during the movent, and instructions on how to perform the movement.
Individual Exercise Program
This personalizeed exercise program was developed in May 2022 and tailored to a lab partner. The program includes anthropometric and body composition measurments and exercise tests for mobility, flexibility, and strenght. The program includes a year long program intended to correct movement pattern, and improve joint flexibility, mobility, muscular strength, and cardiovascualr endurance. The program also includes an exercise library complete with pictures, the muscles utilized during the movent, and instructions on how to perform the movement.
